Position Summary
Manages all data collected for the project, ensures the quality of the data, conducts statistical and thematic analyses, conducts literature reviews, and assists in co-authoring reports and presentations to stakeholders. Facilitates, coordinates, and engages in data collection, database management, data analysis, and reporting activities in support of the North Hartford Ascend Pipeline project, funded by a US Department of Education Promise Neighborhood grant awarded to CT Children's Medical Center.This position is 100% grant-funded contingent upon annual renewal of external funding. The position will end on or before December 2026 ABOUT THE NORTH HARTFORD ASCEND PIPELINE This role supports the North Hartford Ascend Pipeline (Ascend): a place-based, cross-sector initiative that integrates schools and community and social services and supports to help children and families reach their full potential. In addition to the core responsibilities outlined in the job description, this position will:1) Support a coordinated pipeline of services2) Support a parent-, family-, and community-driven agenda3) Embrace targeted universalism to achieve equity4) Strengthen families' protective factors5) Support early identification, referral, and linkage to community and social services and supports6) Support data collection and analysis to monitor implementation and impact of Ascend Ascend is funded by a five-year grant from the U.S. Department of Education Promise Neighborhoods program and sponsored by Connecticut Children's.

Hiring Range
Budgeted Starting Salary is $50,455 to $63,000 depending upon experience
